Dear Stewartstown Community,

My name is Todd Cubit, and I am honored and excited to begin my first year as principal of Stewartstown Community School. It is a privilege to join a school with such a strong tradition of caring, dedicated educators, supportive families, and hardworking students. I look forward to getting to know each of you and becoming a part of this wonderful community.

As we begin this new school year together, my focus will be on building strong relationships through communication, collaboration, and confidentiality. I believe that open, honest communication is the foundation of a successful school. By listening to one another, sharing ideas, and keeping families informed, we can work together to create the best possible experience for every student.

Collaboration is equally important. Our students are most successful when educators, families, and the community work as partners. I value the expertise and perspectives that each person brings, and I am committed to fostering a culture where teamwork, respect, and shared decision-making help every child reach their full potential.

I also recognize the importance of confidentiality in building trust. Every student, family, and staff member deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism. Maintaining confidentiality while supporting our students is an essential part of creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive learning environment.

Throughout the summer, our staff has been preparing engaging lessons, organizing classrooms, and planning meaningful learning experiences for the year ahead. We remain committed to providing an environment where students feel safe, valued, challenged, and inspired to learn each day.
